A total of 3 phases of research studies conducted in the Nurses 'Health Study I, which studied 87,242 women, Nurses' Health Study II, which examined 46,672 women and the Health Professionals Follow Up Study of 23,043 male sample. After observation for 14 years, 29,018 women and 5629 men suffered from hypertension.

Men and women who consume anthocyanins from strawberry, the risk of hypertension decreased to 8% compared with a never eat strawberries.

Anthocyanins are antioxidants that are very strong and gives the skin color of strawberries. This substance helps dilate blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly and reduce the risk of high blood pressure or hypertension.

There is a relationship between saline and silicone breast implants with a rare cancer that attacks the breast (Anplastic Large Cell Lymphoma-AlCl). Thus disclosed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The observation of some of the literature published between January 1997 and May 2010 concluded that women who use breast implants have a risk of AlCl in the scar tissue around the implant. In this observation AlCl found 34 cases in women who wear saline and silicone as breast implants.

The FDA also recommends every health care facility in the United States to report every case finding AlCl in patients with breast implants. To ensure that every woman safe use of breast implants, the FDA and implant manufacturers will work together to create a safer implant.

  • Exercise regularly. Do not exercise close to bedtime. Experts suggest not exercising at least 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Avoid consuming too much dinner. Snacks before bedtime can help you to be able to fall asleep.
  • Make your bedroom as comfortable as possible. Make sure the bedroom is dark atmosphere, not noisy and not too hot or cold.
  • Do something that makes you comfortable before bedtime such as reading books, listening to music or take a bath.
  • Avoid using your bed for things other than sleep and sex.
  • If you have trouble sleeping, got up and read or do anything until you are sleepy.
  • To avoid you lie in bed and think of something, try writing a list of work to be done before bed so that when your sleep time did not think about it anymore.

Those who regularly consume saturated fat or trans fat is likely to experience depression, according to a new study.

Research conducted in Spain to 12 059 people over 6 years found that people who consume lots of saturated fat, 48% more likely to experience depression than those consuming less saturated fat.

Instead they are consuming foods that contain unsaturated fats such as olive oil, a small possibility of depression.

The study also noted, those who already suffer from heart disease also experience depression so concluded jenuhlah fat that causes such conditions.

The study is published in the journal PLoS One.
