Selecting the right to healthy food
Ever hear the phrase as the title above? Certainly we often heard the expression when there are promotions in a restaurant. By paying a few dollars we are freed to choose food and eat until satiety.

Before choosing foods that will make you sated, it's good you look, what kind of food that you can take as much and what kind of food that you should also take in small amounts.

Meals can be taken as much:
  •      Beans.
  •      Fruit, anything from apples to watermelon and so forth.
  •      Rice grains such as rice or wheat.
  •      Vegetable.
Foods that you can take in moderation:
  • Fat-free dairy products like skim milk, fat-free yogurt, fat-free cheese, fat-free milk cream and egg whites.
Foods that you should take in small amounts:
  •      All kinds of meat such as red meat and fish.
  •      Oil or oily foods such as margarine and salad seasoning.
  •      Fruit Advocat
  •      Olive
  •      Nuts.
  •      Fat dairy products.
  •      Sugar and kinds such as sugar, honey, syrup, and so forth.
  •      Alcohol.
  •      Fast food is greasy and fatty foods in containers.
