How to Choose Sunscreen
Sunscreen or a sunscreen is very useful to protect skin from damage caused by exposure to sunlight. Of course, the new maximum benefit obtained if the use of sunscreen is done properly.

Here are tips on choosing and using appropriate sunscreen so that benefits can be felt well.
  • Choose a sunscreen with SPF (sun protection factor) of at least 15.
  • Sunscreen should only be used in children older than 6 months. Before the age of 6 months, children should not be exposed to sunlight.
  • Make sure you choose a sunscreen with broad spectrum that protects skin from UVA and UVB rays.
  • Use at least 1 ounce of sunscreen to protect the entire body.
  • Use sunscreen about 30 minutes before leaving home and apply again every 2 hours.
  • Apply sunscreen back once you've finished swimming and sweating.
  • Do not be too long in the sun and not to wait for skin redness from sunburn.
