One that makes a person lazy to exercise is boredom. Too often it is only sport that is very boring, especially in a place that's it.

When sunny weather, sports in a place or open space can be a good alternative to breaking the deadlock variation sport so as not to get bored. Here are a few:
  •      Road street outside the house, do not have far far enough around the housing complex.
  •      At the weekend, sport can be mowing the yard, planting flowers and so forth.
  •      Walk up the hill in the open is great for the sport while off fatigue.
  •      Road way to the beach while playing 'flying saucers' with family.
  •      For those who like a challenge, try playing whitewater rafting, canoeing or kayaking.
  •      Main to the park, running a small run with the family.

So no more excuses for lazy exercise.
